Services

AshvaGrow provides digital marketing services (SEO, website development, social media management, Google Business Profile management, digital marketing) and business compliance services (ITR filing, GST registration and filing, CA compliance support) to businesses in India.

The specific scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees for your engagement are defined in your proposal or service agreement.

Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and timely information and documents required to deliver the services — including access credentials, business details, and financial records where applicable.

For compliance services, timely submission of documents is essential; government deadlines may be missed if information is delayed, and associated penalties are not our responsibility.

Payments

Fees are billed as per your chosen plan or proposal. Annual plans may be paid upfront or by agreed instalments. Government fees, ad spend, domain and hosting charges, and third-party tool subscriptions are payable separately unless stated otherwise.

Results Disclaimer

We follow proven, ethical practices, but search rankings, traffic, and lead volumes depend on many external factors (competition, platform algorithms, market conditions). Case-study results shown on this website are illustrative and do not guarantee identical outcomes.

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, deliverables created specifically for you (such as your website and content) belong to you. Our internal tools, processes, and pre-existing materials remain our property.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AshvaGrow's total liability under any engagement is limited to the fees paid for the service giving rise to the claim.

Termination

Either party may end an engagement with written notice as per the service agreement. Fees for work already performed remain payable.
